Розширена анотація українською мовою
За сучасних умов неодмінною складовою успіху підприємств, що функціонують у мінливому та глобальному конкурентному середовищі, є людські ресурси та мотивація їх до праці. Саме через зацікавленість працівників компанії у результатах своєї роботи за умови створення належних умов праці можна досягти підвищення продуктивності праці, а також покращення економічних та фінансових показників діяльності компанії. Метою статті є визначення факторів, які впливають на підвищення ефективності роботи працівників компанії та заохочення їх до праці. Результати систематизації наукових досліджень засвідчили, що висока продуктивність персоналу не можлива без системи винагород та мотивації. Дослідження питання підвищення ефективності роботи працівників в статті здійснено в наступній логічній послідовності: проаналізовано сучасні погляди на управління персоналом, досліджено взаємозв’язок між структурними елементами політики управління персоналом: ефективністю, винагородою та мотивацією, розроблено механізм управління ефективністю роботи персоналу. Методологічною основою даного дослідження є якісні методи, що дозволило отримати більш глибинні знання про поведінку працівників компанії. Запропоновано рекомендації щодо побудови системи управління ефективністю роботи персоналу, що дозволить утримати співробітників, підвищити трудовий потенціал, а також покращити результативність всього бізнесу. Наголошено на необхідності запровадження не лише матеріальних винагород, але й врахуванні інших складових при побудові кадрової політики компанії: сприятливе корпоративне середовище, якісна комунікація між працівниками та керівництвом, впровадження коучингу, раціональний розподіл обов’язків між працівниками, участь в ухваленні управлінських рішень. Отримані результати мають практичне значення та можуть бути корисними для топ-менеджменту компанії у контексті стратегічного управління персоналом.
